Michele Crymes
Program Director, Anti-Corruption and Governance Center
Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE)

Michele is a Program Director in the Anti-Corruption and Governance Center at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). She focuses on developing practical, evidence-based approaches to anti-corruption and corporate integrity in complex and rapidly changing environments. Michele has led initiatives that support companies in managing corruption, labor, and environmental risks, including through collective action and supply chain integrity efforts.

Prior to CIPE, Michele worked as an investigative attorney advising multinational companies on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act across Latin America. She has also designed and managed rule of law and anti-corruption programs in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, including with the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative.
