Specifically developed for third parties and business partners, this course outlines the ethical and compliance expectations of companies who are engaged to conduct business on behalf of another company. Learners review a myriad of risk areas including bribery, conflicts of interest and gifts and hospitality as well as broader governance topics that create additional liability for companies including the treatment and handling of confidential information, human rights and related employment issues and topics centering on safeguarding trust. As part of the course learners will review global anti-bribery standards and explore a few real-life scenarios demonstrating how third-party actions can impact both the partner and the company.
