This 10-course program is delivered in two structured phases and is ideal for learners new to TRACEpro or those looking to reinforce their understanding of core governance topics.Following a brief introductory course, the Core program is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of key compliance concepts and can be deployed on the timeline you set over the course of a year through the TRACE Learning Management System (LMS).
Providing a practical introduction to the core elements of an effective compliance and ethics program, this Phase will equip learners with essential knowledge for creating and maintaining compliance programs while also addressing emerging and evolving risk areas.
Building on the foundational compliance knowledge gained in Phase One, Phase Two focuses on how compliance principles are applied in practice by exploring advanced issues that occur in day-to-day business operations.
A condensed, five-course program focusing on region-specific content, emerging compliance topics, and trending corporate risk and governance issues, this program offers in-depth learning designed to ensure you remain up to speed on current challenges facing compliance, legal and business executives. The Recertification program is ideal for learners who have already completed the TRACEpro Core curriculum or a previous iteration of the TRACEpro program.
Both TRACEpro programs offer courses in various formats including engaging eLearning courses developed from information provided by subject matter experts, as well as pre-recorded sessions and reading materials. Students must pass a 35-question exam with a score of 85% or higher following the completion of all courses including the introduction courses.
Reference materials are provided to support students throughout the program and a practice exam (with unlimited retakes) is offered to help students prepare for the final exam. TRACEpro enrollments* are included with TRACE membership.
* Enrollment quantities vary for corporate standard and enterprise membership plans.
