TRACE is pleased to host an executive-level anti-bribery roundtable in Memphis on Wednesday, 2 October 2019. Led by TRACE President Alexandra Wrage and Bass, Berry and Sims’ Thad McBride, this invitation-only event will provide senior compliance executives with the opportunity to discuss compliance challenges and best practices with peers. Discussion topics will include:
- Updating anti-bribery compliance and due diligence programs to confront new risks
- FCPA enforcement trends and lessons learned from recent cases
- New tools and strategies for third party due diligence
- Anti-bribery training and communications, risk assessments, internal controls and other day-to-day challenges
