TRACE Member Spotlights: Corporate Compliance Series: Session One

In March 2023 the U.S. Department of Justice issued updated guidance on the Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs. The Serious Fraud Office has published similar guidance on its website for the UK Bribery Act as have other governmental agencies. Setting out clear expectations for how companies should be governing their compliance function, such guidance has left compliance officers with the task of updating and expanding their compliance programs to ensure their programs are keeping pace with new and evolving government expectations.

A special three-part series, hear from TRACE members representing a diversity of industries as they address key points mentioned in various government guidance and how they’ve implemented the same within and across the compliance program and function.

CLE credits are available for this webinar in the following states only – TX, VA, NY, NJ, CA. Additional instructions on how to obtain CLE credits will be provided during the webinar.
