ANNAPOLIS, MD – 9 January 2020 – TRACE, the globally recognized anti-bribery business organization, and Global Chamber®, helping exporters, importers and investors grow their global business, have announced a strategic partnership to increase commercial transparency and raise awareness of anti-bribery and due diligence standards among both multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises with international business operations.

Together, TRACE and Global Chamber will work to promote transparency in cross-border trade and investment in every region of the world by providing executives and leaders with access to TRACE anti-bribery resources and due diligence. Global Chamber members will have the opportunity to complete TRACEcertification, a heavily benchmarked due diligence review, analysis and approval process that meets international standards, at a reduced rate.

TRACE has hundreds of members and clients and pools resources to help companies reduce the time and cost associated with compliance while raising standards. Global Chamber has thousands of members and tens of millions of connections in 525 metro areas, helping its members accelerate their growth.

“TRACE’s partnership with Global Chamber will help to address barriers to international growth, such as third party risk and compliance with anti-bribery standards,” TRACE President Alexandra Wrage said. “We look forward to collaborating with Global Chamber and its members to advance transparency in cross-border business.”

“Our members face daily challenges and risks in their dealings around the world as they seek to comply with both home and new country rules and business practices,” said Doug Bruhnke, CEO and founder of Global Chamber. “We’re pleased to announce this collaboration with TRACE to make their business journey a little easier.”
